Context & objective

Supported the subscription and retention department in attracting new customers. Prisma Media manages a wide range of magazines, each with its own artistic direction. The challenge was to create a cohesive communication strategy for Prismashop while respecting each magazine’s unique visual identity.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Design system creation for streamlined collaboration with external partners.

  • Figma template development for commercial operations, allowing teams to work more efficiently with pre-set formats, real-time validation, and cost reduction.

  • Subscription page redesign across all group magazines, providing three adaptable templates per brand (customizable colors, typography, images).

  • Strategic guidance to modernize and strengthen Prismashop’s identity while ensuring alignment with each magazine’s visual universe.
